Arranged to come out within 40 minutes on a Friday night to fix a front door that wasn't locking. Gave me a call to talk through the issue and run through some DIY options over the phone and managed to help me fix it. A lot of people would have turned up and charged, but great customer service and very honest!

Colin arrived very promptly when I could not get back into my house with my key due to an old dodgy latch. He got me back indoors in no time! He then sourced a new lock for me to prevent it from happening again.

The brass fixtures on my door were looking rather tarnished so I decided to replace them all at the same time as the new lock including the letterbox. Colin sourced everything, was efficient, calm, friendly and helpful.
